Note: This Refund Policy contains information about your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged to you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Note for originals, unique works, and limited edition prints: Any handling beyond mere inspection (e.g., unpacking without gloves, hanging in direct sunlight, exposure to humidity, framing without protection) may lead to full or partial loss of value. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value.

 

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., personalized artworks, special orders).
