"Little stories unfold in me while painting"

When I paint, not only colors appear on the canvas but also words come to my mind. Little tales unfold inside me—stories the figures in my paintings tell me. I've realized that these stories often emerge from my subconscious. Unresolved conflicts and challenges surface through the act of painting, as if the brush were an extended arm of my subconscious. Discovering my inner subjects through the eyes of the characters in my paintings and writing these little stories allows me to see them from a distance and find new approaches to face them. It helps me to find solutions I couldn’t see before.
