1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase agreement is concluded with Zoe Fee Kristensen, owner of Zoe Fees Farben.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and review or correct your entries at any time before submitting your order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items contained in your cart.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately after the order has been submitted, via email. The purchase contract is concluded only once we accept your offer by sending a confirmation email.
Our offer is directed exclusively at customers of legal age (minimum age: 18 years).
3. Contract Language & Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German and English. The contract text is stored and sent to you via email together with these Terms of Service.
4. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG). Details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
5. Delivery Conditions
5.1 Delivery Countries
We deliver to Switzerland and Germany.
For deliveries to other countries, please contact us via the contact form or by email. Self-collection is not available.
5.2 Shipping Costs & Minimum Order Value
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and product size. They are calculated at checkout and added to the product price. You can also find an overview in the footer under Shipping Policy.
Please note: Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.
5.3 Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries from Switzerland to Germany, customs duties, import VAT, and other charges may generally apply. All applicable customs duties and import charges are covered by us. No additional costs will arise for you upon delivery.
5.4 Delivery Times
All orders are packed and shipped on Mondays. Orders placed after shipping day will be dispatched the following Monday.
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- Switzerland (domestic): 3–7 business days
- Germany (international): 7–14 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Depending on shipping conditions and customs clearance, minor deviations may occur in individual cases.
6. Prices & Payment
All product prices are final prices excluding shipping costs.
In accordance with Art. 10 para. 2 lit. a of the Swiss Value Added Tax Act (MWSTG), we are exempt from VAT liability, as our annual turnover is below the statutory threshold. Accordingly, no VAT is charged or shown.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. This does not apply to personalized or custom-made artworks. For details and the model withdrawal form, please refer to our Refund Policy.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. No additional guarantees are offered. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced or refunded after return.
9. Color Variations
Minor deviations between on-screen colors and the original print or artwork do not constitute a defect.
10. Copyright & Usage Rights
All designs and artworks are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Zoe Fee Kristensen. Purchased artworks are for private use only. Any reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
11. Technical Availability
The online shop may be temporarily unavailable (e.g., due to maintenance or technical issues). Liability for such downtime is excluded.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered place of business of Zoe Fee Kristensen (Lucerne, Switzerland).
